Continua Physio is a cash-based practice — you pay directly for each session. We accept HSA and FSA cards, and we can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many people find this model gives them better access to care and more focused, one-on-one sessions.

The easiest first step is booking a free phone consult — it only takes about 15 minutes. We’ll talk through what you’re dealing with, answer your questions, and figure out if we’re the right fit. From there, we’ll schedule your evaluation and build a plan around your goals.

At Continua Physio, every session is one-on-one — no rotating providers, no techs, and no generic programs. We combine hands-on manual therapy with performance-based coaching to address the root cause and build the capacity you need to return to sport and stay there.

We’re inside Bellevue Badminton Club at 13405 SE 30th St #1C, Bellevue, WA 98005 — near Factoria Mall on the Eastside. We’re open Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. If you have trouble finding us, feel free to call ahead and we’ll point you in the right direction.

It depends on where you’re starting and what you’re working toward. We don’t put you on a set schedule to fill a calendar. After your initial evaluation, we’ll have a clearer picture of your situation and map out a realistic plan together. Most people notice meaningful progress early and we build from there.
