Osteopractic Physical Therapy in Bellevue, WA

Where Rehab Ends, Performance Begins

People come to us when they're stuck between being pain-free and being ready to perform. Our one-on-one, hands-on approach addresses the root cause and builds capacity to return to sport and stay there.

When "Cleared" Doesn't Feel Like Enough

You Finished PT, But You're Not Back to Full Strength

You got cleared, but training at full intensity still feels risky. Pain-free and performance-ready aren't the same thing.

The Re-Injury Cycle Is Costing You More Than Time

One flare-up turns into weeks off. Cookie-cutter care rarely addresses why it keeps happening.

Checkbox PT Isn't Built for How You Live and Train

Your sport makes specific demands on your body. Generic protocols aren't designed to close those particular gaps.

Common Conditions We Treat

What Brings People to Continua Physio

People come to us when they're dealing with recurring pain, setbacks after previous PT, or the frustrating feeling of being cleared but not ready. If any of these sound familiar, you're in the right place.

Recurring Setbacks — Pain that keeps returning every time training intensity picks back up.

Post-Rehab Plateau — Finished PT but still not feeling ready to return to sport or full training.

Shoulder and Elbow Issues — Athletes dealing with upper-body limitations in throwing, lifting, or racket sports.

Knee and Ankle Issues — Lower-body pain limiting running, cutting, jumping, or lateral movement patterns.

Low Back and Neck Pain — Active professionals whose desk hours and weekend training create a frustrating cycle of tension and setbacks.

Performance Gaps After Injury — Healed on paper, but still lacking the confidence and capacity to push hard again.

Vestibular and Balance Issues — Dizziness, instability, or disrupted balance that's limiting training and affecting daily function and confidence.

Pain That Rest Alone Hasn't Fixed — Chronic or recurring discomfort that keeps returning without a clear plan targeting the root cause.

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to questions people ask before booking their first visit or phone consult.

Do you take insurance?

Continua Physio is a cash-based practice. We don't bill insurance directly, but we do provide superbills you can submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement. We also accept HSA and FSA payments.

What is osteopractic physical therapy?

Osteopractic physical therapy integrates advanced manual therapy techniques—including hands-on soft tissue work, spinal manipulation, and targeted care—with performance-based progressions. The goal is to address the root cause and build the capacity needed to return to sport and training.

How is this different from traditional PT?

Traditional PT is often driven by insurance schedules and high patient volume, which limits time and attention. At Continua Physio, every session is one-on-one with your provider. We focus on closing the gap between being pain-free and being truly ready to perform—not just getting you discharged.

How many sessions will I need?

This varies depending on your situation, goals, and how your body responds. We'll give you a clear picture after your first assessment—including what we found, what we're working toward, and a realistic timeline. We don't keep people coming in longer than necessary.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Yes. We accept HSA and FSA payments. If you'd like to submit to your insurance for reimbursement, we can provide a superbill after your visit. Have questions about your specific out-of-network benefits? Your insurer is the best place to confirm those details.

Still have questions?

Not sure if this is right for you? Let's talk it through.
